Your systems don’ttalk to each other.
When staff re-enter the same job in three places and move documents by hand, we build a monitored connector that does it automatically.
FILE 01 · WHO IT IS FOR
Who it is for
Businesses on several good systems
- Sounds like
- Each product works, but nothing connects them, so people fill the gaps by hand.
Businesses re-keying the same data
- Sounds like
- Any set of systems that need to agree without someone reconciling them every week.
FILE 02 · WHAT WE BUILD
What we build
Two-way synchronisation
- What it does
- Jobs, customers, schedules and records kept consistent across systems.
Automated document flows
- What it does
- Job cards, reports and files filed and sent to the right place without manual steps.
Monitoring and alerts
- What it does
- Every connector is monitored, so a failed sync is caught and fixed before it becomes missing data.

Delivered · 2024–2026- Delivered
- A systems connector that synchronises Simpro, ScheduleIT and SharePoint, automates job-card filing and feeds Power BI.
- Today
- Zero manual re-entry between the three platforms. Recurring reporting and document flows run automatically.
Live · engineering partner - Delivered
- A founder-built prototype moved onto a production foundation in one month, including aXcelerate integration, wallet passes, billing and audit records.
- Today
- The founder keeps shipping. Rendr reviews releases and provides senior support.
FILE 04 · HOW PRICING WORKS
How pricing works
Free discovery
- How it works
- Discovery is free: a 15-minute call with Jason, then a 30–60 minute technical session with Jason and Ben. We send the proposal after that session, and you approve the estimate before the build starts.
Build
- How it works
- Build work is billed at $160 an hour ex GST. Connectors are often the fastest work to pay back.
After launch
- How it works
- Hosting, monitoring, backups and support move to a monthly platform fee and a support retainer or service level sized to the system. You know the monthly cost before launch.
FILE 05 · QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK
Questions buyers ask
Can you connect the systems we use?
- Answer
- Usually. If the software has an API, export or shared database, we can usually connect it to the other systems your business uses, and we confirm that in discovery.
What if the software has no API?
- Answer
- We check that in discovery. Most business software has an API or export we can use, and we tell you plainly if a connection is not reliable.
What happens when a vendor changes their system?
- Answer
- Monitoring flags the failure and we update the connector under the support arrangement.
Will a connector slow down or change our existing systems?
- Answer
- They are designed not to. Connectors use each product’s supported interfaces, so your existing software keeps working as it does today.
