When you send an enquiry

• Name and email address
• Phone number and company, if you provide them
• The services you are interested in, how you found us and your message
• Your consent, the time of submission, the page it came from and your IP address

When you browse the site

• Google Analytics records pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site using cookies
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks the enquiry form for automated submissions
• Our hosting providers keep standard server and security logs

We do not collect sensitive information through this website. You can contact us without giving your name, but we need an email address or phone number to reply.

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work
• To keep a record of enquiries and our correspondence
• To block spam and abuse of the enquiry form
• To understand how visitors find and use the site

We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a mailing list without your consent.

We use these service providers to run the website and the enquiry form:

• Convex stores enquiry form submissions
• Slack receives a notification containing your enquiry details
• Resend sends an email copy of your enquiry if the Slack notification fails
• Google Analytics measures site usage
• Cloudflare and Railway deliver and host the website

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to keep business records, then delete or de-identify them. We protect them with access controls and encryption in storage and in transit.

We disclose personal information to others only with your consent or where the law requires it.

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@rendrweb.com
• Block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on
• Make a privacy complaint by email. We reply within 30 days
• If you are not satisfied with our response, contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
