Needed: Senior leadership and operations needed a shared view of the operation they could trust, with information and business-critical processes brought together in one place.
Delivered: A custom data platform in Pembroke's Azure environment that consumes its SQL database and turns operational information into interactive dashboards and tools, including proprietary process-blend calculators built around the operation's workflows.
Today: Leadership and operations work from the same current information. Rendr provides continuous ad-hoc support, and Pembroke renewed the engagement in 2026 for further development.

Needed: Operational records sat across Simpro, ScheduleIT and SharePoint, leaving staff to export, re-enter and reconcile information before it could be used.
Delivered: A systems connector that synchronises the three platforms, automates job-card filing and sending, and gives Power BI a consistent reporting source.
Today: Recurring reporting and document flows run automatically, and a native phone application is planned. The multi-year engagement concluded in 2026.

Needed: Replace the core ABM system with software that can evolve around the business, without interrupting day-to-day trading.
Delivering: The core modules required for cutover first, followed by the wider feature set incrementally. Mikeder’s owners test every module alongside development so issues are found before migration.
Today: Active development began in early 2026. Cutover from ABM is planned for December, with further modules continuing after the new platform is live.

Delivered: Rendr migrated the product into its supported stack over one month in 2026, including training-provider and business verification, public credential checks, wallet passes, billing and audit records.
Today: The founder continues shipping. Rendr reviews code, advises on difficult architecture and acts as the integration team for partners such as aXcelerate.

Today: The founder continues developing and shipping. Rendr reviews changes, monitors the platform and steps in for difficult architectural, integration and security work.

Needed: Prepare an internally proven civil-estimating application for secure multi-tenant subscription use without slowing down its founder-led development.
Delivered: A production foundation around a detailed estimating system that models rates by contractor, client, location, shift, penalties, materials and transport costs. Rendr reviewed security, tenancy and the Xero integration.
Today: The founder’s civil team uses Bidloop internally while the product is prepared for external subscriptions. He continues shipping under Rendr’s engineering review.

Needed: Move a live, founder-built civil operations platform into a governed stack where the founder’s team can keep developing it with stronger architecture and engineering support.
Delivering: Rendr is establishing the new data model, multi-tenant authentication, deployment, monitoring, security, project conventions and implementation roadmap. The founder’s team will migrate the wider feature set under Rendr supervision.
Today: Civora is already used internally and by contractors for workforce compliance, digital forms, mobile pre-starts and mapped job progress. Employees at a tier-one construction company are trialling it.

Delivered: A digital taxi-booking platform with real-time vehicle tracking and a Cabcharge integration that connects online bookings with estimated and metered fares.
Today: The platform is live with Emerald Taxis and actively handling real bookings and fares while the first release is refined for future regional operators.

Needed: Crane technicians and estimators lose hours finding one specific part across old, installation-specific manuals scattered through shared drives and the internet.
Built: A company manual library that extracts parts into a searchable catalogue. Users search in plain language, compare the result with the original diagram on the same screen, then share a confirmed parts list with a supplier or colleague.
Today: The working web prototype is ready for invited beta testers. Public subscriptions and payments are not yet available; a native phone application is planned.

Needed: Contractors often discover at the site gate that worker requirements have expired because mine, employer and worker compliance records do not communicate clearly.
Planned: A two-sided compliance bridge: first surfacing mine-system and worker-document requirements in one actionable contractor view, then supporting requests, updates and approvals between contractors and sites.
Today: Discovery with contractors and mine-site managers has confirmed the problem from both sides. The roadmap and implementation tickets exist; development has not started.

Needed: Time-poor volunteer soccer coaches need a useful session plan without spending their weekend building one from scratch.
Built: The live v0 lets a coach save and tag YouTube drills, browse them in a personal feed and work from a basic curriculum view.
Next: Planned work will connect a club curriculum with session plans and surface saved drills that match the skill being coached. It is intended to become a public Rendr product.
