Your business hasoutgrown off-the-shelf.
We design, build and support custom business software, made from scratch around the way your business actually runs. One bespoke system in place of the apps and spreadsheets you work around, without an internal hire.
FILE 01 · WHO IT IS FOR
Who it is for
Established small and medium businesses
- Sounds like
- Owners and managers running a real operation who have no time to research software or build it themselves.
Teams working around their software
- Sounds like
- Off-the-shelf systems and spreadsheets force the work into the wrong shape, so the team spends its day on workarounds.
FILE 02 · WHAT WE BUILD
What we build
Made from scratch
- What it does
- No templates and no fixed product list. We start from how your business runs and build the whole system to fit it.
ERP, warehousing and job management
- What it does
- Stock, orders, jobs, customer portals, compliance records and approvals in one system. Common examples, not the limit.
Web, phone or desktop
- What it does
- Built for wherever the work happens, in the office, on site or in the field.
Connected where it has to be
- What it does
- Where another system has to stay, we connect it and monitor the connection, so a failed sync is caught before it becomes missing data.

FILE 04 · HOW PRICING WORKS
How pricing works
Free discovery
- How it works
- Discovery is free: a 15-minute call with Jason, then a 30–60 minute technical session with Jason and Ben. We send the proposal after that session, and you approve the estimate before the build starts.
Build
- How it works
- Build work is billed at $180 an hour ex GST, delivered in phases so the first useful version is in use early.
After launch
- How it works
- Hosting, monitoring, backups and support move to a monthly platform fee and a support retainer or service level sized to the system. You know the monthly cost before launch.
FILE 05 · QUESTIONS BUYERS ASK
Questions buyers ask
How quickly can we start using a new system?
- Answer
- It depends on the size of the project. Small projects can be in use within days; larger builds take longer, and the proposal sets out the timeline. We build the smallest useful phase first and add to it while your team works with it.
Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?
- Answer
- Buy it if it fits. We build when the business keeps working around the software, and we will tell you in discovery if an existing product is the better answer.
Do we need our own IT team to run it?
- Answer
- No. Rendr hosts, monitors, backs up and updates the system, and your team calls us when something needs to change.
What kinds of systems can you build?
- Answer
- ERP, warehousing, job management, reporting and whatever else the business runs on, for the office, the workshop and the field, on web, phone or desktop. The examples on this page are past work, not a menu.
Who owns the software?
- Answer
- You own the code and data unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your data is always yours, and you can take it with you.
Can it replace our current system without stopping work?
- Answer
- Yes. We replace systems in phases and plan the cutover so day-to-day trading keeps going.
Can it connect to software we keep?
- Answer
- Yes. If another system has to stay, we connect it through its supported interfaces, monitor the connection and fix it under the support arrangement.
